Helmsley Event & Communications Fellow (2017-2018 Academic Year)

The Yale Center for Teaching and Learning is seeking a Helmsley Event & Communications Fellow to assist the Helmsley Program Director with the planning, advertising, execution and evaluation of program events for the 2017-2018 academic year. These events include a STEM Education Seminar & Journal Club series, in which STEM education experts visit Yale and our area partner institutions monthly to speak with interested students, faculty and staff, as well as our national Summer Institutes on Scientific Teaching programming for faculty development.

Data Specialist / Research Assistant

Reporting to the Evaluation Director, this position will serve as a data specialist for the Evaluation Team at the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL). S/he will manage data needs in partnership with specialists in multiple fields including, science education, statistics, computer science, and psychology. S/he will contribute to research of the Summer Institutes on Scientific Teaching as well as ongoing projects at the CTL.
