The 2017 Canvas @ Yale Lightning Talks were held on May 4, 2017 in the new Center for Teaching and Learning space in Sterling Memorial Library.  This event was an opportunity for educators and support staff to share how they used and supported Canvas over the 2016-2017 academic year. Each presenter showcased their own use of Canvas @ Yale focusing on topics that include peer reviews, lecture capture (Media Library), media assignments, modules, administrative support and using/evaluating LTI tools integrated into Canvas.

The Canvas @ Yale Lightning Talks comprised of seven ten-minute presentations given by faculty and staff using and supporting Canvas.  The sessions were recorded and links to the videos of each presentation are provided below.  You can also find the full schedule below as well as the official agenda (including descriptions of each session) linked at the bottom of this page.

If you have ideas for topics you would like to see covered in future Canvas @ Yale Lightning Talks or would like to present, please contact us at canvas@yale.edu.
