Science Instructor Resources
The goal of the Yale Scientific Teaching Fellows Course is to improve undergraduate science education by training a new generation scientific teachers at Yale (graduate students and postdocs) to bring the spirit and rigor of research into the undergraduate classroom.
Are you interested in learning more about the latest research and initiatives in science education? Join us for our Science Education Seminar & Journal Club series! Each month, we will invite experts from around the country to Yale to speak to interested students, postdocs and faculty. Refreshments are provided. The CTL Science Education Seminar series is generously supported by the Helmsley Charitable Trust.
The National Academies Summer Institutes on Undergraduate STEM Education provide intensive training in undergraduate instruction for STEM faculty and instructional staff at colleges and universities throughout the United States.
DiversiTeas is a speaker series established at Yale to highlight issues of diversity in the STEM fields. The program was created through a joint effort of undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty at Yale. By bringing in scientists, authors, and other experts on issues around diversity we hope to spark meaningful discussions to create a more inclusive environment on campus.
