Join us for Teaching at Yale Day, an event to orient graduate students, professional students, and postdoctoral instructors who are new to teaching at Yale.
Become better prepared for the first day of section, class, or lab
Learn about important policies and guidelines for teaching in Yale College
Gain insight into the student and faculty perspectives on graduate teaching and the role of the teaching fellow
Be introduced to many teaching resources available at the Center for Teaching and Learning
This event is required for all first-time Teaching Fellows and Part-time Acting Instructors.

Time: Humanities and Social Sciences – 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (lunch is provided)
Science, Engineering, and Math – 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (dinner is provided)
Location: Loria Center (190 York St.)
Students who are unable to attend Fall Teaching at Yale Day may attend a Fundamentals of Teaching workshop series.
This event is required for all first-time Teaching Fellows and Part-time Acting Instructors. Yale graduate students, professional students, and postdocs are welcome to attend, but registration is limited.
