The Sign-Up Tool Beta Release was updated on Friday, October 20th with bug fixes and feature enhancements. Below is a list of what is new with this release:

Bugs fixed:

• Appointment Edit Window will no longer close if you click off of the window.

• Instructors can no longer set a negative number for Maximum Users per Slot.

• Prevents creating an appointment group without times selected.

• Instructors can select unique times to start and end appointment groups (i.e. 9:25am).

Enhancements:

• Create / Edit Appointment (Instructor)

  • Ability to control appointment notifications:

    • Appointment Group:

      • When an appointment group is published.

      • When an appointment group is updated.

      • When an appointment group is deleted.

    • Time Slots:

      • When a time slot is reserved.

      • When a time slot is un-reserved.

      • When a time slot is cancelled.

      • When a time slot is updated.

• Ability to email participants (Instructor)

  • All participants who can sign up for an appointment.

  • All participants who have reserved a time slot.

  • All participants who have not yet reserved a time slot.

• View Appointment (Instructor)

  • Ability to see maximum number of people allowed to sign up and how many spots within a timeslot are filled.
