Thank you for your interest in using the space at the Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning. All requests to use the Poorvu Center for meetings and other non-course related activities are based on availability of the rooms and other activities planned at the Poorvu Center that week. We will consider all requests for the use of the Poorvu Center, however, meetings that include elements of teaching and learning will receive strong priority.

The Poorvu Center will only consider requests from approved Yale community members. Room capacities listed in our forms have not been reduced for proper social distancing, please keep this in mind when reserving a space.

If you are interested in using our space for teaching a course, please use this form instead. If you are interested in using the TEAL Classroom at 17 Hillhouse for your meeting or event, please make your request through 25Live.

Please note that you are expected to bring your own technological equipment when utilizing the Poorvu Center rooms (e.g. Mac laptop adaptors, presentation advancers/clickers, power adapters).

Please provide at least four business days, for review of your request.
