Marco is a fourth-year PhD candidate in Music History. Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, he obtained a BA in Music and an MPhil in Music Studies from the University of Cambridge. Marco’s dissertation focuses on the complex interrelations between musical multimedia in early twentieth-century Italy, especially opera and film; he is particularly interested in contemporary ideas about audiovisual synchronization. He is very happy to help students with any genre of academic writing, particularly in the arts and humanities.
