Do you think about gender dynamics in your classroom and its impact on your current and future career in academia? Or are you new to thinking about this topic? All interested members of the Yale community are invited to explore 1) identifying and eliminating gender bias in our own classrooms and 2) how gender impacts mentor relationship roles at every level of academia. This two-part series includes a literature survey of the theme and panel discussions with:
